Thanks, it's still a stand alone right now, we are moving it to an adjoining room because of the fan noise, but here are diagrams.

    the tubes we brush:

How do we access them if we install this? Does it need to be removeable?

Does the top grill unattached to gain access to clean?
If yes then have the duct flex out of the way or lift up and swing away.

Yes, the top grill is loose, not attached, the front grill is permanent. Would you explain what
    this means, specifically "swing away?

Do you have heat exchanger tubes in your stove?

The heat exchanger tubes can be reached from the firebox and a removable panel in front for the Fahrenheit furnace. There must be a baffle to redirect the flow towards the top for the ductwork option. It might be with the ductwork kit mentioned above? I dunno!
You got to setup yours in a way to move the attached ductwork out of the way to clean your tubes from above the stove which is what I understand. Correct me if I'm wrong....

thanks for your help! I'll look into it further, yes, having to remove the ductwork to clean the tubes was my question.

What kind of temperature deltas are you guys seeing with your units, between intake and outlet temp.

I'm not pushing mine anymore, T-stat #3. I don't do the temp in, my HRV fluctuates the inlet temps and plays with my outlet temps.

I found another bug in the CB, no vacuum/no POF showing on the LCD board and my auger started to feed pellets  My start-up is in Manual and not in Auto Ignition.
I had to restart it to do a pot change if you get my drift ;) I was cleaning the stove when this happened( no fire and doors open)
I also added a 2-way toggle switch for my distribution fan so I could run the fan at 600cfm instead of 800cfm, now I have a choice of both at my fingertips

It can be just a added lube to the gearbox, cheap fix! It's a 2 rpm.

I have a question, I am in need of a flapper door assembly that goes in front of the burn pot or try to make my own if the latter is the case I need to know what type of stainless it is made out of, any help from you guys would help greatly.

What's worn out on the flapper door assembly? I had to remake the burnpot side of it and decided to use 1/4" SS instead of the 1/8" original. If you look back a year or more in this thread you will find the info. Off my head of which SS I used? Maximus can make one up for you along with the whole burnpot. In the mean time, I'll look for the thread...

It is the pivot pins on each side they just fell out and the metal they was welded into is less than an 1/8" thick

Ouch! You might be able to use some stainless bolts tacked into place. I got to take a look and see what you can do. I'm in a deep freeze this week, might be a little while to knock the furnace down. If you can take a few pics, I'm sure we can come up with something! You can bring it to a welder and scratch his head :smoke:Are you burning 100% corn?

Did a fast LBT clean before the cold snap and checked the burnpot assembly, those pins are made of steel and not stainless. Tacking bolt heads should work.
