    Interesting. Was thinking it was going to be a small deck but doesn't sound that way with a subfloor planned. Maybe i missed where you already said what its gonna be?

    Every six months this man in South Dakota climbs this 457/m high communication tower to change the light bulb.
    He’s paid $20,000 per climb. Not for me at any price!

    For 20gs I'm sure I'd find a way to work thru it. I'll almost bet that's not what he actually gets paid. At that price you could rent a helicopter and pilot n fly someone to the top.
