Rained out yesterday. Site was a mud hole today. Made good progress despite it. A little more floor framing then ready for subfloor.

 

Interesting. Was thinking it was going to be a small deck but doesn't sound that way with a subfloor planned. Maybe i missed where you already said what its gonna be?

Doing a flat rubber roof?

 

This is the work thread. That was my first post about this job.

No rubber. SA modified roof.

I fingered it out!

 

I'm lots of things, but smart 'aint' one of them!

 

Complete undercarriage on a 450j lgp JD. Helper is welding in some patch plates and hard surfacing the blade. He's getting better.

 

Beam done and blocking installed. Ready for pressure treated subfloor tomorrow. My back is sore tonight. Lots of bending today.

 

Came together good once I got parts. Don't know if I can say the same thing about my new helper.

 

Air compressor on a Mack. Goes way down in there. Have I mentioned that I hate a Mack!

 

Yup. That bulldog can suck a fat one!

 

I'd like to burn them all. At least the new truck is a pete.

 

Pets and western stars are both nice trucks

 

Every six months this man in South Dakota climbs this 457/m high communication tower to change the light bulb.
He’s paid $20,000 per climb. Not for me at any price!

For 20gs I'm sure I'd find a way to work thru it. I'll almost bet that's not what he actually gets paid. At that price you could rent a helicopter and pilot n fly someone to the top.
