Kind of like when someone drops a tree on your property and leaves it there after you ask them to pick it up ....
I have a friend...of influence shall we say and keep it at that, who once came to the house drunk and needed a tug out of the ditch. It was a Tee Intersection and he went straight over the embankment. There was a woman with him, none of us knew where her clothes were and was stark naked, and it was NOT his wife... I pulled him out with my tractor, but I am still owed a BIG favor on that one. When you own a tractor and can keep your mouth shut, you get a lot of friends.
We have a garage across the street and a small area of state land that abuts the bottom of our driveway which come out at a 4 way intersection. The garage often parks cars on the state land, and their customers will park there to. Every now and then they'll park right in front of our driveway. Such a pain in the azz to leave your car and go find out what azzhat park his car there to get them to move it. Fortunately for them two things are not true. One I don't have a full size truck. Two I don't have a tractor. If either were true, I'd tow the car out into the middle of the street and call the cops. Tell the cops that some azzhat left car in the middle of the street. There is a great deal more to this story, but the driveway is the piece that gets me the worst. Jason from RI
Maybe its time for a friendly little sign that states all cars will be "moved" if left in my driveway...
It's a real bi**h when a couple of nails make their way into your sidewall of your tire....weird how that happens when your truck ends up where it shouldn't be. Or that strange bag of sugar that got funneled into a gas tank.
These are already people of questionable character. Better to just run them off or call the law. Remember Lodged Tree's uncle? The signs arent a joke
Maybe, but I have a bulldozer. Only one, but a skidder could be on the other end. (LOL) Here hunters tend to park in fields, so a few well dropped trees keep them out, or keep them trapped. They usually come back and ask, "Some guy cut a tree and we can't get out. Can you use your tractor and move that tree?" "Huh, funny thing, I cut that tree, I figured as how you could not see a No Trespassing sign, you could at least see a tree. I see you did. Now lets call the Game Warden and see what he thinks should be done.
