New pellet sightings.......... Newbies for 2016

about $60-$70 bucks too much for my blood. I've said it many times, pellets that give 6% more heat are not worth 30% more money. Good insulation, good stove, no pellet worries.

 

Really? They are a decent pellet, but that price is way out of line!

 

As long as it says gold or platinum (green team)on the bag they seem to justify the crazy price.

 

I may change the name of my business to Platinum Plastering and raise my prices 30%. I'll report back in a year. If I'm still in business that is

 

Easy Heat wood pellets, (new) at the local Price Chopper in Keene, NH pallet is $299.00 / no bag sales.

 

I wouldn't give $29 for that stuff!!!

 

Yep ! I think the pellet industry has a lot of fine tuning to do with the pricing

 

I think they are hanging on, trying to figure out the market. For some, they will survive. Others won't do so well. I really think any "new" pellet line will tumble if they try to start off as $299.

 

Well that figures: I can buy snacks & Beer there, but never Pellets, snacks, and Beer.

Sigh.
