what we did have an 80 mile an hour wind storm up here before you came. And there are a lot of pine boughs and branches that just needed to be gotten rid of.
Just covered up the bota. Ill be hitting 10 hours this week sometime, the locknlube arrived a few days ago, so ready for my 10 hour greasing. I'm also thinking one of those poly ammo cans from harbor freight as a secondary compartment will be nicer.
Not sure yet. I still need to buck up 40ft of that popple that came down along with some large maple branches. But first, ill need to section cut it & pull it up a hill. Forks or a grapple would be nice. I guess it depends on snow depth as well along with the weather. Big plans when the weather turns nicer!
We've had some easy winters and then March rolls in with a few heavy snowfalls which makes the winter last longer, I think that will happen this year. We're just waiting on the estimate on the garage so once we decide on what we can afford then we'll be busy dropping Pine and then digging stumps out.
Any of this near you, I think your're east of anything on the map. Current Ice Jams Across the North Country
We're east of that like you mentioned. The Connecticut river separates vt/nh no issues that I'm aware of there. The Ammonoosuc & Pemigewasset rivers have a direct effect on my route to work and can affect my daily service areas. The feeder streams usually become the problem first with the mountain runoff. Ice jamming had already caused problems with both of these rivers.
one north of St Albans, hit trailer park in Swanton. About 10 miles nw of me, Well Seasoned, on the drive up towards lake just a little north of that.
thewoodlands i posted some more pictures in your The Brook thread. Canadian border VT i hope it didn't take out to many residences.
Yeah, for some reason it seems to hit the low-income the hardest. I don't know why and it's certainly not fair but that's what happens.
Awesome man! Love to see others with tractors. I'm a huge tractor nerd myself. Mostly the classics, but I appreciate all farm equipment of any age. My uncle just purchased a similar Kubota. Pricey they are! But you'll love it!
Well, on second thought, likely won't be heading below in the bota this weekend. The mid point down is a sheet a ice!
