Got a nice road side score after church and lunch today. Saw it yesterday when I got off, knew the city would be by Monday to clean it up... Nearly a truckload of pecan, various lengths. Good LORD is providing, just had a new customer call the other day wanting a load of cooking wood, 1/2 pecan, 1/4 hickory, 1/4 cherry... He is going to cook a pig about the end of September.
nice looking load! Yup, roadside wood you hafta jump on or its gone. Not used to seeing you use the truck for hauling. When will the F350 be ready for service?
Not wanting to clog up jrider 's thread with F350 chatter...I'll continue here with a link to where it started. (well, it started a few posts back from this one actually) The march to 150 Yeah that is how it was when I bought my F150...the guy said it wouldn't move and that any fluid put in ran back out almost as fast. I did add fluid and manage to drive it on the trailer with only a minor oil trail. Once home I decided to try a can of trans leak stop...that sorta worked and I was able to drive it enough to determine that the trans was actually fine...just had a leak. Pulled it out and replaced the seal, filter, and fresh fluid, bam, fixed!
Thanks, Brad. I use the pick-up for smaller loads. We will work on the 350 when it cools a bit and our preacher gets finished working on his 350. His fuel line started leaking.
