Happy Easter all! I just updated from the GMG prime to the GMG prime plus with the brushless 12vdc auger motor for the best stable temps and other new features! Anyway, I think I figured it out, you have to smoke the eggs in the shell on 325 for 30-45 mins then take them off and chill them down and peel the eggs then put them back on the grill for another 30-45 mins @ 180 Degs for the nice Smokey flavor!! Any Comments? The second egg pic is thru the window with the inside grill light on! How r ur Easter Eggs?
yeah...they get rubbery,so thats my comment....apply yourself and your time to something more productive like this..
Hey Skeeter That Scotch Eggs looks great!! I have been thinking of building a shed for the pellet smoker for use in rain and snow? I have seen some good ones on the web where the smoke stack is vented outside and a good size exhaust hood hangs over the grill and vented outside. Then a little beer fridge and cable TV for the game? Calling it the smoke shack? What do u think?
sounds great!!! i have a couple cookers in a 40' sea container but they are natural draft so i do not want to increase the stack/height/draft....if it was forced draft as in pellet cooker i would defintely consider what your proposing.....plus havin a beer shack is great i got a bunch here at the compound
There's a video floating around somewhere (think it's on the FHC Facebook page), smoked deviled eggs are phenominal!
Lots of vids on smoked Devil Eggs! https://m.youtube.com/results?sp=mAEA&search_query=Smoker+devil+eggs
I’ve had smoked deviled eggs at Myron Mixon’s BBQ joint. Little bit of pulled pork on the bottom, they were fantastic.
Do not forget! The new Holiday that started last year and is getting bigger every year! Back To Barbecue Day May 29 th !!
That's also my birthday, so if all of you are thinking about chipping in and buying me a new Weber Kettle, I'm fine with basic black.
