    It's snowing out side... But hankering for some BBQ chicken....

    Recipe is real easy. Just add itilian dressing ( we like the zesty variety) for at least a hour in a ziploc bag.

    It'll beside dressed with Pasta salad.. For a quick easy meal.

    Also I'm using Mulberry for the smoking wood....mmmmmm

    That does zest things up. It makes a delicious chicken sandwich sliced thin on a kaiser roll too.

    That's how I do mine but usually marinate overnight or longer. This stuff makes for a GREAT ceasar salad with fresh veggies and good dressing.

    We do the same marinade for chicken sandwiches, melt some jalapeno cheese on top, lettuce and fresh tomatoes from the garden on a good cobblestone mill bun:drool:
