I've been digging some AIC lately.... particularly this song. So much so I sat down and learned it....songs like that make me wish I could sing but I can't so I end up humming or whistling it haha
That used to insult my daughter. She wears concert t's like Metallica, Crue, warrant, white lion, def Leppard, etc etc and teachers would ask her to name a song. She listened to all that stuff and could name more songs by those bands than the teachers could. Just because you know cherry pie doesn't mean you're a warrant fan. Just means you owned a radio in the 80's and early 90's. She has most of those bands on vinyl too.
I saw a couple kids the other day wearing Nirvana "smile" shirts. I wanted to stop and ask them about Kurt Cobain but didn't.
