    That's the fun of the south, might have a high of 80° one day, 58° the next.
    Our house in winter is usually about 20° warmer than outside temps, without some help.

    Over 75 degrees; the wife and her German shepherd are in master bedroom in AC..
    It’s ok Jeff when my uncle retired he moved to Tennessee. Wore shorts and t shirts for 3 years until his blood thinned

    If you take those temps you gave and subtract around 20 degrees, you could claim the same thing further north. We just happen to not like all that summer heat you folks get.
