Sick as a dog. Had my nieces bday party Sunday. Brothers family and mom got sick early Tuesday. The wife and 8 month old got sick Tuesday, went to Dr and Ped. yesterday. Wife has a cold, baby RSV. Their fever broke, just coughing. My almost 4 year old boy has a cough, no fever. I got it about a day later. Burning up on the couch. I'm just glad Haddie Mae is happy, smiling, eating.. just that cough. I appreciate all prayers.
No joke, my fever broke about an hour ago. Just two hours ago I was feeling absolutely awful. Thank yall.
Thank you to all that have prayed for me. I have news to share. I do not have a disc pressing on my spinal cord anywhere. This is fantastic news for me. I do have a bulged disc at L-1 but I'm improving and the doctor believes a spinal injection or series of them could shrink the bulge taking pressure off the nerves to my legs. Even if future surgery is needed, it's far better at that level than anywhere in your thoracic spine if the cord is being squashed. This was originally what it was thought to be because I have a small bulge in T-1 / T-2 from someone that rearended in 2010, totaling my car. It was possible that it blew out completely but its still the same as it has been all these years. I feel a huge sense of relief.
I was wondering what happened when there were no more posts from Jill. I had to ask around to find this. I am so very sorry to hear of her passing and so sorry for your loss. I'll remember the stories about the dog, and the barn build. Peace.

Tornados hitting Indiana now. I am watching from my pasture as three counties are getting lightning. Heading our way. Pray people are safe
There was a warning here until 9:30, storm line went just north of us...sounds like minimal damage, other than one spot where it looks like there was a tornado on the ground for a short time...news showed a car flipped, brick chimney torn down, and metal roofing wrapped around trees.
I am going to do something I don’t normally do and ask publicly for thoughts and Prayers. Charlie is a young man that to me is family. He is one of the kindest, smartest and honest young men I’ve ever known! I have been uncle Pete most of his life. He thinks highly of many of the FHC crew as he’s gone to 3 GTGs with me and met a bunch of you. He is currently in the hospital after having a very bad accident. He is fighting for his life this morning and unresponsive. They have had to relive pressure on his brain to help the swelling go down. Do to this they are not able to perform surgery to fix his arm among other things. He is in very rough shape. His family could use all the prayers you have. Thank you.
