OK I got a 1967 Camaro rs (327) convertible in my garage .... my first car 3 years delivering papers to get it.. it was only 20 years old then...
Sadly it's in need of restoration.. I paid 3000 a year for liability insurance.. when a teenager.. could not afford that and universities so I parked it.. Ive been offered :makeitrain" for it but I've held onto it.. some times when I needed it... have not run it in 20 years.. bought houses and raised kids.. but it's still in garage and serial numbers on door are bunch of 00 and less than 50.. I gonna fix it soon cause now that I am OFG (older fatter greyer) full coverage is 350:p

I won't post a pic til I wash it :emb:

We just sold my dad's 67 convertible last week. Sad to see it go, but it went to a friend that will give it a good home and use it like dad would have liked.

I don't have pics readily available tonight but what I have right now:

    '67 Belvedere II 318/904 - soon to be a 426 Hemi clone
    '68 Road Runner 383/727/3.23 SG - stock
    '69 Charger R/T 505 stroker/built 727/Dana 60 w/3.54 SG - almost done
    '69 Dart /6 - patiently waiting to be a 440 clone
    '73 Charger SE 400/727/3.21 SG - project
'77 Monaco ex cop car 440/727/2.71 - stock
'79 'Lil Red Express 360/727/3.55 SG - next on my list
'89 Diplomat ex cop car 408 stroker/727/3.55 SG - stock on the outside, nothing stock on the inside.
'12 Challenger SRT8 392 Hemi/6 speed/3.92 SG - stock except Hurst shifter, catch can and took the stupid CDV out of the hydraulic clutch line

    My dad has:

    '70 'Cuda 440/4 speed/Dana 60 w/3.54 SG - orange, shaker, white hockey stick stripes...very much a Mopar
'72 Road Runner 400/727/3.55 SG - B5 blue, factory air grabber hood, slap stik shifter - current project I'm helping him with. Going back as correct looking as possible

I don't need another project with 4 waiting for me already...but I'm going one day to look at a '76 Dodge Warlock 2wd factory 440 truck. I like Mopars about how I like hoarding firewood. I probably don't need any more, but why pass it up if I don't have to.

Cool. What was in it originally? I'm not very familiar with year specific GM offerings, was that the original 427 or did you transplant it? There's a guy running around here with a red '69 427 Caprice. A much older friend of mine has a '69 Camaro SS original 396/TH400 car with a dealer installed LS6 454. He bought it new in 1970 as a '69 leftover. It's green and had the white hockey stick stripe, black interior and vinyl top with dog dishes. Next time I see it I'll snap a picture, he's currently working on it.

I took some the other day of my Charger when I was working on it. I'm very close to getting it back on the road. The old cheap azz B&M converter ballooned out and started pushing the crank forward.

Now it's a stroked 440 (505) with a billet drum 727 and reverse manual valve body and 3500 Dynamic converter. I need to add subframe connectors before I put any tires on it that actually hook.

The engine's 10.9:1, Trick Flow heads, Diamond pistons, Lunati 294/.565 roller, Harland Sharp roller rockers, Torker II intake, 950 Holley, 1 7/8 tti headers and 3" exhaust. I tried to keep it as stock looking as possible.

The Belvedere and LRE. The Belvedere's surprising rust free. I'm putting it back completely stock looking with the exception of making it a Hemi clone.

The LRE is what I'm getting to after my Charger is back on the road. It's going back 100% original.

Oh...and to add a little firewood talk in... that's real oak in the bed of the LRE...and I think I'm going to burn it after I get the replacements.

Polaroids? :BrianK: I take it that as you no longer have those cars? Since you only have Polaroids of them.
