Grieving the loss of one of my elderly wood customers who passed away this morning. His widow texted me and still wants wood for fires in his memory. They burn daily and he passed peacefully at home. Been selling them wood for several years now. He was 90ish and a very pleasant old gent. Always with a smile and had a good joke to tell. I will miss him.

Had to put our cat (Grumbles) down today...He was a senior cat, but he only found us around a year or so ago! Vet said he was 18 or 19.

    He was a good boy...

Condolences on the loss of your kitty. Thank you for taking in a senior cat like that - a lot of people won't because they know their time together will be short.

Sorry you won't see his smiling face anymore. Amazing how one can become attached to certain customers and miss them once they are gone.

One of my customers takes in older cats. I enjoy working at her place as she seems to have a new cat all the time.

Not exactly grieving but had some big shocks.

Old friend of mine/my dads, his 13yr old son passed away. No idea what happened. He just retired from county police, unfortunately I couldn't go to the viewing or funeral, as I just got over this china flu not about to be near hundreds of people.

Another friend from the past is in the hospital on a ventilator, he has pneumonia or something, one day he was fine the next he's not.

Nuts319 was nearly killed in a logging accident.
    I know I'm forgetting some other's.
