Yep...I'm really missing the location. I saw a post today about having a fire, and I remembered that the o.p. was from Iowa from the old forum. That location is important. Date joined and number of posts is secondary to me.
I was just getting ready to say something about the location listing on the avatar. I thought of it almost right away but had not said anything yet. I see it is already been commented on. I like that and as the site grows it will be very helpful.
I put my location first in my signature in bold and it seems to show up pretty well, best I could think of till they fix it....
Confusion on my part? (I'm over 65!) if you tap on the avatar, you go to the member's profile that gives the chance to view things like location age etc, if the member elected to fill that in. But I like your way better.
I'll fix it when I get a chance this weekend.....I've been working a BRUTE of a tree the past several evenings, up 45' for several hours and when I get home, I'm bushed (the tree stuff is on top of an 8hr day at work)....... I agree guys, I don't like the "naked" avatar either......and we'll have a vote on some good post count "identities"..... Start thinking of some good names to call the guys with 50 posts, 250 posts, 500 posts, 1000 posts, and 5,000 posts.....we need some GOOD names...
Might be cool if it was similar to the hoarders club names. That at the same time could also cause confusion. Take your time Scotty.
