This is on a desktop PC, running Firefox.

    1. The dialog doesn't appear on top. This can make it seem like clicking "Upload a File" "didn't do anything" if your browser window is maximized. It can be especially frustrating to find it if you have multiple monitors.

    2. The dialog doesn't "go away" after you open a file. I haven't tested the affects of trying to use it the 2nd time, if the "Upload a File" button is not clicked in between uploads.

Hmmmm... Now it seems to be working just fine. :picard:

I'll see if I can figure out the steps to reproduce it; unless you just did something to fix it in the last hour.

Nope, I didn't do anything. We get a lot of weird, tough to reproduce bugs with Firefox.

When I click upload a file popup shows choose file,it is unresponsive when I touch the screen. I'm sure it's a iphone issue but figured I'd let you know. I'm using an iPhone 4 with 8.0.2

Yep, iPhone issue. There is a thread On it with some work arounds-- easiest is to use latest version of chrome.
