    Not sure if I posted this before but this is what happens at times with Matra softies. Lot of fines in the bags and if u never see the bottom,( constant filling at half or less hopper like I would do) below pix can happen. Sometimes mis- interpreted as pellets won't slide down or stick to hopper sides. Many times it's the fines jamb at slideplate. Sooo for me, I now will dig down and stir things up before dumping another bag in. Note: those dark pellets are doug firs I mixed in to possibly help when I originally blamed this on pellets sticking to sides... was always the sawdust jam at bottom.

    Similar here! Thanks for taking those pics. That’s the only minor downside with these pellets. Given the heat they put out and the lack of dust, I can deal with it.
