Is it not just standard PEX pipe?

Thanks! He said the PEX here was rigid and did not fit on inlet valve elbow. I cut a few feet of surgical tubing off one of my aquarium hoses I just showed him with a few passes of heat from a match that the new end of AQ hose easily went back on the AQ valve:rolleyes:. He is skeptical but I think it should work.

Sounds like it should work but you may might want to add a couple of gear clamps for insurance.

I lost my cool and ripped out all the water lines in an old camper and ran all new pex because it was easier than piecing and cobble patching and never regretted it!
