oct 2014 mac 890 gear drive
Produced from January 1964 to February 1966,this 6.3 cubic inch/103cc 27.5 pound gear drive beast was the predecessor of the legendary 895,which was sold from August 1967 to December 1971.Both are same displacement,weight & will pull a 60" bar with 1/2" pitch chain all day long....Gear Drive saws are less RPM's than a direct drive model,but have much more torque & will not bog down in anything.
