It wasn’t bad at all. We maxed out at 2lbs and there was no blowback from about 125 yards. The experiment continues. Will crank to 5lbs once my shipment arrives. It’s leaning against a bigger either another hackberry or pignut hickory. I have to see how that’s going to behave. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Don't be surprised if you get a knock on the door from a couple of guys in dark suits with sunglasses on.
This may well work but you need to get an engineer out if you plan on doing a controlled demolition. The location of each charge is important as well as the amount of the charge and you have to set the charges off in the correct sequence.
An engineer. Lol. If he had an engineer out there he'd never have used even one lb of explosives. The engineer would still be taking and thinking about how to do it. What he needs is a Marine....... ... With an Abrams tank.
It's quite possible that one might move on to blowing up beaver dams with 5 gallon bucket fulls of the stuff.
Looking back at the original pictures, it seems to be hung up in the canopy of the other trees. Even if the explosives work (this time), I don’t think it’ll completely fall, creating an even more dangerous situation. Why can’t you pull it down again?
You are absolutely right, it’s now hung up on another much larger tree. I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do with the tannerite yet other than to finish off the other tree that was giving me trouble Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I think pulling it from the bottom away from the other tree is your best option. Use the tannerite for something else like blowing up bottles or watermelons.
Don't be a buzz killwe are wanting to see zombie vs leaner demolition here. Pulling it down would be too easy, fire and explosion carry on America
I can’t pull it either, my tractor is not that strong and there’s nothing but swamp behind the tree that’s leaning. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
