Tree 5, Man 0. Here’s what went down. We started the day with 5 lbs of tannerite. I’m still collecting videos: - Round 1 - man vs pumpkin. One pound of tannerite. Man won that one convincingly. The pumpkin does not exist. - Round 2 - we did the poor man’s tape job again...taped to the naked tree where the bark was blown off last week. No damage to tree at all! WTF. - Round 3 - drilled a 3/4 inch hole in tree. Placed cigar tubo filled with tannerite in said hole then duck taped 1 pound of tannerite in front of the hole. No damage at all! - round 4 - took chainsaw and carved out a larger hole to fit in a 1 pound jar. Stuffed one jar of tannerite inside said hole then taped another in front for good measure. No damage again. - round 5 - took an axe to tree. Tree fell but into another tree. It’s still standing! I’m done with tannerite and axes. Taking chainsaw to said tree. Lesson learned. Tannerite is fun as hell to shoot, but it doesn’t handle live trees well. Also, no one got hurt which was shocking. Men taking axes to trees after multiple Explosions wasn’t smart.
