    Not exactly dinner, but just about to pull these fatties off the ugly drum smoker to contribute to dinner at my family's this afternoon.

    With the fatty? This is pretty close to how I put them together:
    Bacon Cheeseburger Fatty

    I don't typically use the bacon weave though. I used breakfast sausage and stuffed mine with pickles, cream cheese, and spicy mustard. They go in the smoker for 2-3 hours. I used oak chunks for the smoke because the sausage holds up well to a heavier smoke. Good vittles!
