    I have never seen hogs with rings like that. We always put them around the top above the nostrils, since that is the blade edge of the shovel that is their nose.

    I call them booger rings. I like to ask kids how they deal with a boogie, or just stare at it without making eye contact. They get twitchy, or start sighing. :D

    The rings in the pigs noses are bull rings. The center one had a shackle attached to it. Wonder if they were leading them.
