    If declared a state of emergency then I get paid day(s) off which probably will happen.. I won't go in if things look bad.. Judgement call not worth getting killed..

    I have my fingers crossed, I will have to go to work monday night into tuesday morning.
    I'm considered essential.
    I'm hoping the snow doesn't start to get bad until after 7 am tuesday

    I guess I'm in the 15-30 inch path...they should have more data in the morning.

    The wife made a huge pot of beef stew today.
    I went grocery shopping early this morning (as usual)
    Filled the snow removal equipment, then went and filled the gas and diesel cans.
    Got about a weeks worth of wood in the garage.

    Just have to fill up all the water containers tomorrow.

    I guess I'm ready.

    They are talking blizzard of 78 epic now. I have to get out pictures of me as a toddler in that storm to show my kids. :)

    Im starting to be concerned for the wind. The wind direction may dictate if I get any trees down and where they may land.

    I just watched all the weather reports from tonights newscasts and they are all close enough to being the same.
    The national weather report and the weather channel is showing bigger numbers towards the south of the boston whereas the local forecasts are showing higher amounts boston north and west. No matter, it's 16-24 for everyone at the least. I would think Govenor Baker will do the right thing and call a state of emergency before the first flake hits the pavement. he doesn't want his first blizzard as govenor to be a flop, that would be a bad start

    I'm essential too. Kinda stinks when they wait until the roads are nice and chitty before they call. Should be in the clear because of being in training and on vacation unless it gets real bad down here.

    My wife will go into work Monday, she's an RN at Beth Israel Deaconess hospital Plymouth and will have to stay there and maybe come home Wednesday after working 2nd shift.. Won't be fun especially if we lose power too!
