If you want to and can kill a doe, I'd shoot it. Although I have seen deer get around with 3 legs, if you can legally shoot it and will use it, I'd shoot it.

I'd treat her just like any other doe. If you're wanting another doe this year, and she presents herself, then by all means harvest her. But don't shoot her just to "put her out of her misery". Shes likely doing just fine, and will probably have healthy fawns on her own next year if left alone.

Too funny! As I was reading bassJAM's post, out of the corner of my eye I noticed on camera, not one but two Doe. Both with all of their legs in tact. I'll see if I can pull a video of them a bit later. I'm wondering if that buck I harvested was their honey since it had been some time since I had even seen any deer! Like since 2014 when I cleaned house!

And, if I shoot a deer, it is for eating. No need to waste good meat whether or not it has all of it's legs or not! Here's a thought though. I hope these two doe meet up with the 3 legged doe and they can hang out together.

And here's this mornings video. Look to the upper left of the clip just under the date stamp for the first one, and the second one starts a bit over from the upper right hand corner:
