Working on moving into town

Lol, atleast we'll have cops, fire stations and fire hydrants there, here our homeowners insurance here is more than our mortgage because no fire hydrants and volunteer fire dept is, um... tbh, a lot of homes that catch fire out here burn to the ground before/if some of them show up. The Sheriff's are pretty good coming out here though, and they wear all kinds of hats out here, even animal control.

Thank you so much ! We've been told we won't need them, I hope that doesn't change. WWW looked at that first thing, he was worried if our portion required them they might require the entire building (s) to get them too, but was assured the entire property is grandfathered in.
