Get to replace bed hinges on a dump truck this morning. Can't tell by the picture but its wore out. Almost into

 

New toy Friday!

 

Got her fixed up. Going to tidy up some wiring while I'm working on it.

 

I replaced this one last Friday. My old one was about 5 years old.

 

I have one of those too. I’m hoping the big one has some balls.

 

I was told by the Matco man it's the same just different size anvil. Unless yours is the actual impact. I have one of those and they are stout. Took the wheels off a big rig with it just to see. Only thing is the impact free spins so you can't use it like a regular rachet.

 

I’m a Milwaukee fan. Next is the M18 tire inflator.

 

My air ratchet is the snap on 3/8 high torque wrist twister. That’s a tough act to follow.

 

Yes it is. I forgot to post a picture yesterday. I had to go out and put a track back on a 450j JD. They had it hung up long ways on some logs and in a mud hole. Fun times.

 

It’s funny they seem to have a liking to loosing them in the mud hole.

 

Drove past some bonehead that buried a triaxle in some guys nice front yard delivering loam. It was sittin on the axles with the wheels were spinning and one guy was trying to stuff the floor mat in. I circled back around for another look! If I was in a truck that had any chance of helping the situation I’d have stopped. The F150 weren’t gonna do it.

 

Replacing a top roller on a Case 160 this morning. At least it's an easy one.

 

Injection pump on a 450j JD. It's not playing very nice.

 

Yanking it out like a bad tooth.

 

I didn't have to go that far on this one. Removed turbo and oil cooler looking for a coolant leak. It was the tube that connects the cooler to the block.

 

This is the roller I built the motor on last year. Got it painted and it's now up for sale

 

It’s always nice to see a piece of equipment get some love after you put a lot of time into it. Seldom happens here.

 

Heater hose coupling broke on JD 700. Filled the belly pans full rather quickly.

 

Haven't posted in awhile. Putting brakes all the way around, repairing tailgate gap, sealing air charge pipes, and it has a coolant pipe that runs over the tranny cooler that has rubbed a hole in both. Fun times.
