    It's not that they wanted to. One of the important castings came in but did not meet the Woodstock Quality standards and they are now on order.

    Its unfortunate but that means they have high standards which is good. My guess was they were sold our because the fireview is a popular model. Mine is great!

    I love my Fireview too, it is the centerpiece of our living room and a 24X7 heater. The light show is serene and the warmth is just perfect for a cold winter day in New England.
