    Mine does that also if I leave it open just a crack. I like that feature. Usually I shut it all the way anyway.

    How many have installed the fresh air kit.. i love it, noticed fewer drafts and my windows no longer frost up on real cold nights.

    I have the new control installed, but last I knew it was only available on newly assembled stoves.

    What do ya’ know, they put it where it can be seen. Nice! That is actually a very detailed control. I like it.

    Blaze King eliminates their “indicator”:hair: and Woodstock adds a better indicator. :thumbs:

    I also have the newer air control, aesthetically it isn't the best match for the stove but functionally it is great.
    Looking at the above image it looks like the old setup needed an outside air adapter? The newer version has that integrated, I plan on piping that this year.
