    If you can get away with a notch less heat, the Ks/Pl is the way to go..you add the big window and ash grate. :cool:
    The Ks is still marginal here. With no wall insulation, I have to fight for room temp if it gets single-digits and windy. I shut the bedroom door down to 6" open to keep more heat in the main room, and it drops into the low 60s out there. But with some more air-sealing...electrical outlets, attic access, ceiling lights, and exterior corners where wind gets between the logs and the wall board, it will be cozy even in single digits. I just found this last week..was wondering why the bathroom was so cold. :rofl: :lol:
