Jim Goodall probably. Can't beat his shipping to Canada either. You have to really look around his site though, sometimes he has the exact same chains posted three times, shipping is $6 on one, $20 on the next one and the third one might be free.

EDIT: guess I should have read farther, you guys already know who he is.

I agree he does like many sellers and has thesame item different prices. But he aalso sells semi and full chisel cains and look identical except that cutter.

If I remember right his ebay site was cheaper than his website?

And the shipping this is no big deal if you buy 5 cause its a flat fee then.

How do you guys do it to canada??? I sell a bit on ebay. I sold 4 bar nuts for husky saws. I think that guy paid $18 to ship them!!! Thats not me thats ebay figuring those prices. I think I got like $3.50. The actual postage is like $2.00 plus the envelope I buy. But ebay adds the weights of the items to come up with my shipping charge. I called all small stuff 4 oz as that was the miss I mum charge before the latest rate hike. So if u order 2 items it calls it 8oz even though it still falls under the 4 oz weight... and thus instead of me getting g like $2.35 for one item it totals it for that 8oz weight and I thenget postage on that which is where the $3.50 came from.

I sold a used oil fill tube for a tecumseh. I sold it for $8 and got i think $5 to ship but the guy in canada paid like $19 total dollars to ship it!!

That's what ebay calls their 'global shipping program'. Isn't it optional? I see a lot of guys still don't have it. I won't even consider buying anything from somebody that has it in their listing. Like you said, it's stupid expensive.

There's lots of sellers on ebay that will still ship for actual cost, this Goodall guy seems to be one of them. I buy a lot of stuff online and I have a rough idea how much it costs to ship stuff, and it doesn't cost 20 bucks for someone to ship an envelope. That's exactly the reason that Baileys gets no more of my business. They seem to have about a 35$ starting point to Canada and it goes up from there. I recently got 15 saw chains, 72 dl x 3/8, shipped from a member on another site for 42$, baileys would want almost that for 2 chains.

Isn't that because they would ship those two chains in separate 24"x18"x12" boxes? :loco:

That's part of it. Only ones worse are Amazon. I got a pair of vise-grips and another small item and I thought they sent me a big screen TV by mistake. Actually had a hard time finding anything in the box.

Why do so many companies do that? At least Amazon doesn't make you pay for their stupidity.

Yea. I use it but have no idea how to figure cost. I actually was kind of tricked into it by their questions and answers boxes. Now I just leave it on.

Just got emails saying baileys sipping is $9.99 any order. Did not look it all over but this would not be bad if you have a few things to order and get a good bit.
