    Nice work! Can't beat that some of the best things in life right there tractors, dogs, the ol' man and even some wood! We had some 60 degree weather here Saturday not as dry as your pictures by any means after a week of rain but I made use of the sun in the mud anyhow took care of a secret stash of sugar maple with the little 445. I've had the saw over a year and it was the first time I'd ran it pretty handy little guy IMG_2341.JPG

    Lol i like ALL tractors! Just got a good deal on a green one. Cant tell from the pics, but there are alot of big mature tress on the place, makes the forest floor open.

    It's always great to get out in the woods and make future BTU's.

    I'll be headed out to do the same on Saturday myself.

    After rethreading the exhaust port on the splitter motor, my splitter should be much quieter than last time. It ended up being an open port exhaust on it last time.

    The exhaust port is directed toward the operator too.

    Yeah, that was loud.

    At only 2 1/2 he loves all things firewood and farm related hope he keeps it going! Just have to figure out how to get him off the tractor:tractor: IMG_2337.JPG

    I don't wear ear protection when splitting. I enjoy the "whunk" sound the X27 makes.
