Here's some inspiration, for those of you with excessive free time and artistic abilities. That last one took some serious time and planning
If you go back awhile, Mike started out with a basic Kubota and an old 036 or 039 Stihl saw. Nothing wrong with having equipment to work safely. We have a 30 hp Kubota, couple saws, hydro wood splitter, and got a dump trailer early this year.
I can't compete with these stacks, I wish I could, I never even thought of doing anything other than the same old way.
Oh I'm with you on that! I've had stacks fall over 20 minutes after I stacked them. I blame it on the wife... she's always in a hurry...
I'd blame it on the dog, he looks guilty. If you blame it on him/her the dog will still love you. Your wife, maybe not so much! Look at it this way, if you lock your wife and your dog in the trunk of the car for half an hour, which one will be happy to see you when you let them out?
And one more, If your wife is yelling at the front door to be let in, and your dog is barking at the back door, which one do you let in first? The dog, because once inside, at least he'll shut up.
I'm gonna be really upset if one of our MANY professional woodstacking members doesn't at least have an honorable mention in this contest! Where are you, bogydave?
I woke up the other morning to a woman banging on my door, so i had to get up to let her out Just kidding
