    I agree! We have lots of wild apple trees here along with the regular trees. Deer started really picking the apples way back in July. Some of the trees only have about half their apples left.

    We will be making some cider yet this weekend! Yummy.

    So far just press it. I've not toyed with making hard cider....yet. But I might have to start playing around with it.
