    X3 or 4 on the honey locust. HL needs multiple years to season, its only drawback.

    All of those are high BTU woods PLUS are very rot resistant. I get rather giddy when I score any of those.

    Thats a sweet little honey hole you've found there Chuck.

    Yes Sir, like I said I am virgin to any locust don't see it much around these parts. Figured it would need some time to season and it's not much, so I am going to mix in with the fresh split oak I did last weekend.

    Pouring out today or I'd head back, plus I tweaked my back a bit, but not bad!! Am getting old!
