yeah, looks like camper takes up a lot of real estate. Camper or wood storage?..thats a tough one! Can you store wood in the camper? Wont season as fast, but will be nice and clean. Keep us posted

It is hackberry! I’ll see if I got more camper pics.

And cigarsmokingzombie, I really wanted a nice dump bed, or even a decent 5x10 ish flatbed, but this little turd was on fb for $150 and it tilts. Gravity helps getting them big rounds off or lawn clippings when needed.

Not a deal. This is our second of this exact same fiver. The first one I wrecked (all my crew was fine and pickup stayed upright) by sliding on black ice and the camper eventually went over. 4 years ago we averaged 65 nights a year in the camper. Last year was still 30, but that was me forcing it at any spare couple days of time. Kids are busy, and I’ve realized I’d much rather enjoy my patio and back yard with good friends and church family rather than drive and stress in finding a spot to camp.
Here’s my old rig when I wanted to inspect the roof! [IMG]

Just think of how much wood you can store in its space!:stacker:

I had a double bunker also. Sold it last year. Such a bummer with my daughters getting older and into everything under the sun. So many good times when they were little. Wife and I miss camping very much. I feel your pain.
