I was hoping you would bring that up again. Should be available every summer. The only thing I could think to add is if you keep the hood to an old grill and sit it over the top for more heat concentration and smoke flavoring.
We cooked both Friday and Saturday on the keyhole......did cheddar brats and hot dogs on Friday, sirloin steaks and fresh-picked corn Saturday. Used hickory for both .....mmmmmm good!!
Its been far too long since this thread was updated! More pics please! Seriously guys, this is inspiring, I think I'm going to go with a weber so I can mess around grilling over wood. I got a nice supply of cherry and hickory.
