Not yet. I'm getting preliminary kinks worked out prior to ramping up.

Something I’ve been kicking around for a while and now that I’m a member here I’ll ask the boys. With all the CSS wood I have now and all the EAB wood I know is incoming, I clearly have more than I need for a 3 or maybe even 5 year plan. I never wanted to sell but also can’t let good wood rot.

I know a guy at the local kwiki mart and think I can use him to move some bundles. Do most guys sell outright to the store or leave under consignment? What margin? My thinking was to go a little bigger than the usual 10$ bundles and use high grade dry wood.

I would sell directly to the store. Let them put their mark up on it & do as they please. A bigger bundle of good wood will sell well & lead to a lot of repeat business. Keep them well stocked at all times & you'll do well I think.
