It's going to be fun doing the field the testing. I'm sure you will get a lot of inquiries from other interested buyers that are on the fence.

Brian, with the center plate being right over the cat, this will give the hotter burns that some folks want. In addition, the warming plates will work out nicely too. As for the higher btu and longer burns, you will no doubt especially like the longer burn times. It gives you more options to work with.
