The wood we had ready for this past winter. Cherry...3.05 cord, still some left Beech & Sugar Maple ... 1.22 cord, all gone Ironwood ... .31 of a cord, we have some but not much left Shoulder Season Wood ... 1.83 cord, .61 of a cord left We also burn pellets so my guess on what we burned would be 75 bags. I also had some dead elm we burned but I'm not sure exactly how much, just over .31 of a cord.
Forgot I had about 1/4 cord (+/-) of 13/14 wood in the basement by the stove I burned starting in Sept. $$ Nice having a credit at the Gas company
I don't measure as precisely as some on here but my best guess is around 5 cords. This is more than last winter. The burning really slowed down once the calendar turned to April. This is also the first summer that I've heated entirely with wood.
Right about 5 cord - perhaps a bit over. Actually have about 1/2 cord left over in the barn - we had such long stretches of brutal cold this winter, I had to burn more oil than any other year with the stove to make sure the upstairs pipes didn't freeze - so burned a little less than I would have if I was able to go 100% wood this year, as I normally do. Cheers!
about 4 and a half , my neighbor ran low and took all my uglies for his top loading vc stove now its time to clean up the wood storage area.
Under three cords. Still some burning to go, but just one split a day plus some "clean up" twigs and branches.
I used 2 3/4 cords this winter (my first year burning). The only time the NG furnace came on is when we left town for the holidays. We did have a fairly mild winter here in WI though this year. I'll take it though, I have nearly a cord left to carry over to next year! It helped me hit the three plus plan with what I have and will cut in the next couple weeks.
