Had a nice 26° morning to start cleaning up the tree and limbs we cut yesterday. Got done about 1:30 this afternoon. Piled small limbs in brush pile and carried the other to processing area. This is the pile of wood we got. Just when I thought I was caught up, I found out this big cherry was blown down next door at my sister's. And then I found this big oak down behind mom's house on power line right of way.
At times it is hard keeping up with what Mother Nature gives you. At least you have some nice weather to process the wood.
We had another job to do for our elderly lady that we help. I forgot to take pictures of her car port she keeps her tractor under. It blew out the clear side panels, I found some more at Lowe's and replaced them with some reinforcement. But this storage building is across the street at her twin sister's house. Twisted it around and off the blocks... It was against the slab, we used a couple hi-lift Jack's, 2 4"x10' steel pipe and the 'Bota. Got it back in position on the blocks and level. Took about an hour...
Hey, if ya got it, use it....hooked straps from bucket to joist, lifted back up and got pipes under it, slowly moved tractor to pull building over, went to front, pulled it over and then went to the back again for more adjustment. Got it close and used jacks for final placement and leveling.
