Hoping for some help. A friend and very well liked member of the community was killed in a turkey hunting accident about 8 years ago. His family decided to have an annual wild game cook off and a silent auction as a way to raise Sportsmen Safety Awareness, and all proceeds go to a program for it. The cook off has been on hold the past two years due to Covid, but it's back, and a neighbor and I will be entering, featuring venison. We're not sure how we want to cook it, but we want a new recipe that will really stand out. If anyone has an exceptional recipe, that they don't mind sharing, or even a suggestion, it would be greatly appreciated. It's rewarding enough just to participate, but it's always fun to finish with bragging rights.
