Be curious to see where you saw that board for $220. Cheapest anyone else could find it at was $271

I'll take the contrary view here: unless the stove is a rust bucket - sure, I'd spend a few hundred getting it back into shape, knowing what you have now is a huge plus vs. an unknown CL stove (unless you're Steve, it's a Quad, and you like tearing stoves apart & sniffing paint..), and is a heck-of-a-lot cheaper vs. new.

Nice find badbob ! , your internet Zen is working well today.

I think in a previous post in this thread, PP stated he wouldn't spend a lot of $$ on a stove he only paid $400 for. But, I'm in your way of thinking.....you already have the stove installed & know how it runs.

But...... what if he gets the board & that's not the problem? AFAIK, electronic items are non-returnable.

Pelpro stoves are cheap, the motors are usually cheap,I think Don always upgrades them, then they last longer, and H&H has been having issues with the dial a fire system.i like the idea behind the single control, but appears their quality control of this system is not good.

That certainly has to be taken into account, re: the "dial a fire" system. Catchy name, though.

I guess if it was here, and the stove was going through start-up properly, then shutting down at a set time after the fixed sequence, I'd be deep cleaning all venting, the stove's exhaust path w/ compressed air & looking at a possible snap switch or vacuum port / vacuum line plug here.

FWIW, woke up @ 4:30am, checked the stove, lazy flame in the burn chamber. 2nd deep cleaning of the stove here this am / removed the interior FireEx panels, 3-4 inches of ash trapped behind them, restricting exhaust flow.. Tis the season.

Ouch.. That's a whole different enchilada then.. I'd be thinking the same, dial board and/or control board. :(

Ya my problem is the burn pot is almost burned through, blower is in need of a new motor and bearings, now the board is bad and the gasket to the vent fan is leaking just a tad. I’ve already bypassed the top lid safety switch that went bad last year.

This stove has seen its day. By the time I fix it all the issues I can just about buy a new stove.

It is strange to me because if I set it at 4 for example and walk away it will light and burn all night at 4 but if I adjust the feed to 3 or 5 it will simply stop feeding pellets and die out.

Actually makes sense to me,as the control is just a potentiometer, all low voltage,I think, and H&H has warrenteed lots of them this year.I f you junk stove,I would like the board and control panel,to research,if possible. Now,go buy a Harman. :D

I have absolutely zero interest in anything Harmon ever again. I wouldn’t give those crooks my money if I had no other choice....

I bought a TL300 before our Jotul Rangeley and that was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a stove and a company! No interest...

Long story short the stove was not good from the factory and I fought tooth and nail to get them to fix it. Ended up selling it AFTER I fixed it and will never buy anything they sell good or bad again.

They put us through the ringer and eventually told us to buzz off they wouldn’t fix their screw up. There customer service was very rude and the manager was hands down the biggest— anyways you get the idea

    Sorry little rant there...

I appreciate all you guys advice!! I think I am going to see what I pay for a potentiometer at work and see about making a new circuit board. I had no idea that’s all it was!
