Amen brother. Been there, done that-worked about 60 hours on salary. Not any more-45 hours or so and the weekends are mine.

Great week here. Haven't had the furnace on since I woke up on Sunday. Only dropping to around 40 at night, and the house maintains 70-72 overnight because of the solar gain during the day.

Hopefully getting the concrete sealer on the driveway today. Thought I had missed my window of opportunity to get that done.

Mine is turned down at night more because I sleep better with it cooler. The bedroom window is cracked open a bit at night too.

Stove is off here today, beautiful day to be outside raking leaves (hooray. blah.) .. :p

In anticipation of the stove returning to burning glory, and for all you SLACKERS out there who still haven't fired up the 'ole Pellet Roaster, today's theme is the Black Sabbath song: "Iron Man".

    Enjoy!

My stove didn't start up until about 8:30 last night. I know it ran at least one time overnight (I wake up several times a night and heard the fans going), but it wasn't going this morning when I got up like it usually is. This morning was a bit warmer than it has been (36* today), and it is supposed to be even warmer tomorrow morning. Good for conserving pellets!

Mine ran once sometime during the night - but not any time during the day or evening. Only know it ran because there was a bit of ash on the lip of the pot, and I had cleaned it off yesterday morning so I could tell if it had run.

50 degrees this morning - great ride in to work despite the heavy fog.
