Our pastor and I got bearings and seals changed in both sides Memorial Day. The fun part was the bolt/pin that holds the long spider gear pin in broke off...had us scratching our heads for awhile....
I have a twin spindle 3008 that keeps curling all 4 blades upward and they are OEM Bushhog brand blades. I can't figure out why. I'm not treating it any differently than any of my previous cutters.
Looks like it's time for some precision balance machining. Break a couple fins off the opposite side and that guy should walk away a happy customer.

Nothing there is THE problem. The rotors were sooooooo stuck! I heated and and beated. I used pb blaster. The only way to get them off was with a tool I fashioned from a fence post driver and two of my wife's oven mits secured with duct tape.
