    i was sort of being silly. there are always free good quality pallets available, but to me this amounts to a person wanting someone else to come clean up their junk pile.

    It's getting harder and harder to find free pallets anymore. Lot's of places around here have started charging for them.

    I guess it depends on where you are. Around here most businesses just set them out by the road. I keep an eye on the marine dealer near me, they tend to have lots of big sturdy clean pallets a few times a year.
