There real environmental like overy there in europe. Machine planting here in the US involves a ripper and Coulter wheels and a D4 pulling it. Maybe the damage it does is unacceptable to them??

Maybe the planter cannot navigate the rocks...I'm guessing this is the reason though. But honestly a crew of like 6 to 8 Mexicans can out plant a few machines and come in cheaper in the long run. Many acres here in the south east are planted by hand.

A D4 is what they use to pull a fire plow through the woods. There very nimble and light as far as dozers go

Thank you. I've had goldens since 1985. We just lost my 11 year old boy, Luke to cancer. He was a retired show dog who has sired many a litter. His last breeding resulted in a singleton. A boy with a big ol' head and fat tail. The breeder offered the pup to us so he will be coming home December 12th!

Wow, I have been here for a while and have somehow missed this thread. Apparently I am not easily captured on camera.

Best pic I could find, me on the left, my younger brother on the right. This was about three years ago. We were at a beer festival in Saratoga NY.

Nice picture I had a long goatee at 1 point. But I had to trim it for my job that I have now.
