Hi, Regarding the new Inferno Gold softwood blend wood pellets, I am proceeding with a great deal to caution considering
how bad the old Infernos were back when they came from Rhode Island. I guess I do not understand why
IFP is so secretive about what mill is manufacturing Inferno Gold softwood blend. Rumor had been that Corinth manufactures
Inferno Gold, but now Corinth (Conor in sales) denies it. The bag does state "Made in New England" which I have to believe
is true, by statues over advertising. There are not many pellets mills in New England, very few mills that manufacture
softwood blend pellets. By process of elimination, maybe we can figure this out.

The problem is if IFP has some type of a confidentiality agreement with Corinth, they aren't going to cough up any information. The other thing is "Made in New England" may be up for interpretation. It could mean produced in the New England states which technically wouldn't be lying.

If you see these on a tractor trailer, follow him and pick his brain!!!

These are very "unusual" pellets. They are the shortest pellets I've burned and the bags are not full of bits and pieces....they are full of very short pellets.

Hi, Does anybody want to ask MWP if they manufacture for IFP Inferno Gold?
Jay, Do you have a contact at MWP, Scott L.? Who would truthfully tell us whether MWP
manufactures Inferno Gold? If we ask all the mills in New England, someone has to owe up
    to it.

I think Orson is hung up on the name Inferno . I never burned the old chit from RI , but it seems the only thing that the Golds share with the old chit is the name on the bag , Orson just grab a few bags and try them for yourself .

There's no new boss. I'm still in charge. I've been busy with the power plant though.
I usually have time in the morning to look at the new posts in this pellet forum but I don't have time to read your stove forum.

Maine Woods Pellet does not make pellets for Inferno. We do have a softwood pellet that's still available but it is in our own bag.
