Chain saw. 250 okay saw for a few cords, burning your own wood type, but a 362 is a good overall saw for your needs.

Do you deliver? If not do you haul a lot of wood home?

Agree on that. I hit some bad points in my life...had to sell all 20 of my Husqvarna saw collection. Only thing I could afford after paying off debts was a Husqvarna 450 . Nice saw..but slow. I was trying to saw on piles of logs..took forever. Things got better..my wife surprised me with a new 562xp....well..that totally changed everything ! Like 75 percent faster at least. Mind blowing.
So that 362 will do the same in my mind.
    Great advice

I would go with the splitter first, time is money or at the minimum valuable & splitting is always the slowest part for me.

Maybe look for a reasonably priced used larger saw next just in case you need to do some trimming or noodling.

I would tackle the dump trailer last unless you find an great deal.

I agree. Dump trailers are going for absurd amounts. After they jacked the prices up during Covid, they never came back down. Many models I looked at literally doubled in price from pre Covid to now.
