    Turmeric reduced the swelling in my hands by probably 90%, great stuff, all natural.

    Used to run distance races (especially half marathons) started to get harder at 50, I also got slower then. At 60 ran my last 10K. Now I just hike with the dogs and go kayaking with the wife. Still split my own wood by hand (unless it is full of knots then the machine does it) but now I need to stretch everything every morning just to get warmed up.
