6 ton purchased and being delivered the day before the GTG (Get Together) at my place on Oct 4th!!

Pig status is back in effect! ! :dex:

I also got 10% off the listed price in this receipt. So it was just under $1,300 for 6 ton.

Can't beat that, especially when they show up at your door. Is it still the flat rate of $65 for delivery?

It's $69 now. I think I said $59 to somebody. But I just looked again.

I am about 30 miles from my store also.. So the $69 when I would have to make 3 trips? I am saving money in time and fuel. :)

Me too...But it is what it is!!!

I thought in a world a long, long time ago, far, far away in another now forgotten land, the pig rules stated that they had to be transported by yourself and not delivered to acquire the much sought after status of pighoodum!! If I am mistaken, I bought a new F250 and 10k GVWR trailer for no reason!! :D:drunk::D:p:D

Delivery can be had... ;) It was in the rules. But there was stipulations. .

More than 3 ton.. And moved by hand, beer drank, and injuries... All 3 of those are sure to happen. :dex:

All that money on the truck and trailer..

You can give it to me..? :) Then just have yours delivered as well.

Honestly though, I would have bought more and had them delivered to my house? You could grab them here? It's saving you 30 miles each way? They will deliver up to 18 ton for the same $69.

I have till Oct 3rd when they are being delivered?

IIRC, Plus's and stars were added for the true hauler. I still haul my own, A ton a time. The reason is I know what I'm getting and can inspect them before loading. Ordering from a box store(in my area), Who knows what they will ship.................. Most likely Inferno's and Green Supreme's would be what I saw when I got home! Ickie!!!!

Sure would be nice to have em hauled and placed where I want em. But thats another land and its too far away from where I live.

That's a nice offer Kenis, but I have no way to load onto my trailer once the HD truck leaves the scene.

Buddy has a skid steer with forks. I can ask him if I can use it? He may say no? But he may say yes.. :)

Otherwise, they had 29 ton of Presto Logs yesterday at HD, so there is still plenty as of now.. But next week that may change. They had Easy Heats at the end of last year. I never want to burn those again... :(

If I could get my seasons stash delivered for $69, I'd be all over that like a buzzard on road kill.

6 tons from the pellet house would be $150 for delivery. The store where I get the pro pellets doesn't even offer delivery, but it's only three miles one way. I joked with them that they should offer trailer rental for their pellet customers. I don't think he thought I was serious.

Never should have sold my trailer years ago. :(

There's a place I know that they deliver to your house and leave the trailer behind so you can unload at your pleasure within 24 hrs I think. Not sure of the delivery charge or included in the price of pellets. Too far from me to have as a option, it is what it is......:(

No frost. Got close to 40° one night.. Mid 40's the rest of the week and next week (actually gonna warm up a little.)

I made it.... Barely. Me and another member were talking yesterday about how this is the first year, since my very first year, that I didn't have at least a seasons worth of pellets..

I'm gonna grab a couple ton of Somersets over then next couple weeks. I would like to have 8-10 ton going into this season.

Better hope it holds off or your pig card might get revoked. I was close and I got my first load on 8/17, been lucky the frost has been all around here but the garden has survived. The lowest I saw it was 30.3 F.
